Owner and Chief Chocolatier, Carol Lang
As her a long and rewarding career as a teacher wound down, Carol
started reading, studying, creating, tasting, and searching the world
for the very best chocolate. In that time, she studied with and was
inspired by top chocolatiers both in Europe and the United States.
In August 2008, Cibelli Chocolates (in tribute to mom and dad) was launched. Since starting the business, Carol has been spending her days creating new confections and sharing them with friends, family, and an ever-growing customer base throughout the Tri-State area.
Following the artisan tradition, Cibelli Chocolates are created by hand, in small batches, using the best chocolate and only fresh ingredients.
